Ho Hum

We have all been sick in our house . It feels like forever since we've all been healthy at the same time. I'm home this morning letting Max sleep in because he was up all night saying his ear hurt. I had terrible ear pain and deafness with this last cold so I hope I didn't pass it back to him. It 's always hard to know with Max and his ears because he's always pulling on them even when he's well.


Lately we've been to the Children's Museum to see the Curious George exhibit for the second time. We went to the Aquarium last weekend where Max got a kick out of the big funny looking fish!

I've been busy fund raising for preschool and next week we have a pot luck and silent auction. I'll be baking up a storm for that and offering babysitting for my part in the auction.

Max is potty trained! Except at night....... he'll even go by himself without being asked. He gets a big treat for that! I've begun bringing him out in his underwear and that has been mostly successful too. I have to take him every 30 minutes when we're out because he won't tell me then (too distracted) so if I'm good he's o.k. if not we've got leakage!

We've started cleaning up the yard after the winter... it's a mess out there! I'm curious about my garlic and onions and I see some winter lettuce I planted from seed has come up in two areas.
