Again Daycare

On Friday the director of Max's daycare called me to tell me that Max isn't adjusting as well as he should be. We were obviously aware that Max was upset being dropped off and picked up but she informed us that on most days he is crying for most of the day and pointing out the window looking for us.

Her suggestion is that after the first of the year Max comes full time for a couple of weeks to see if that gets him over the hump. So we are going to try this and see if it helps.

It has to work! We don't have many other options. You can't switch daycare easily in Seattle because they are all full and you need to be on a waiting list for months. A nanny is too expensive and we both need to work.

Max also needs to socialize with people outside of us.

It's stressful times for the Beene's but we'll get through it.
